Elaine E. Dickson, President

Elaine Dickson, President and Co-Founder manages the operations and the overall direction of Generis Financial Consultants. Her chief responsibility is ensuring unmatched service delivery and a quality experience for all clients. Additionally, Ms. Dickson is responsible for negotiating client engagements, as well increasing the firm's visibility in the marketplace.

Elaine is an experienced professional with managerial experience in accounting, finance, communications and human resources administration. She also has broad-based industry expertise, including investment, banking, healthcare, insurance and consulting, with small, mid-sized and large companies.

Ms. Dickson holds Masters degrees from Boston University and Bentley College's McCallum School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Management, concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Additionally, Ms. Dickson is a Notary Public in the state of Massachusetts.

Easton D. Dickson, CTP, CMA
Principal

Mr. Dickson is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) as well as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a founding partner of Generis Financial. He has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and investment management in various industries including consumer goods, banking and strategic consulting. Mr. Dickson is responsible for providing financial advisory and consulting services, as well as managing the firm's financial reporting services to its clients.

Easton's areas of expertise include cost and profitability analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, cash management and risk management.

Mr. Dickson holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College, an M.B.A. from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, concentration in Finance ( high honors ) from the University of the West Indies.

E. Nicole Green, Senior Consultant

Ms. Green has spent the last ten years in the insurance and tax industry after obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross. She has extensive experience in financial statement preparation, cash management, month-end close, as well as performing tax return preparations for corporate clients and high net worth individuals.

Nicole also holds an H&R Block income tax certificate and a Professional Accounting certificate from Stonehill College.

Garnet Gibson, Senior Consultant

Mr. Gibson is a Senior Consultant of GFC with extensive management, accounting and finance experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies.

He has managed numerous multi-project client relationships, and has led a wide range of engagements for clients focused in areas such as credit worthiness, financial analysis, and credit and collection management.

Mr. Gibson has also led internal strategy efforts to ensure that proper systems are developed, tested and maintained to ensure adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. In addition, he has conducted numerous training sessions on financial statements analyses, and has facilitated cross training on how to improve the off-site customer experience.
